I'm not sure if it's a sign I shouldn't be writing this month, or if it's a sign I should be ignoring everything that's going on, but it's been extraordinarily difficult finding time to do nanowrimo.
Hot water heating going out, whole house heater maybe going out, eldest daughter's tire issue, two of my dogs ate rat poison (the dachsund can climb higher than we ever thought - or else the mice pushed it over the edge for them), my day job suddenly turning into one bakery crisis after another -
One really fun distraction though is that the Jimmy Kimmel show bought my Jay Leno Lint and it might be on Thursday night.
